TTW FlexCare™ Care Chapter
TTW SteadyCare™ Care Chapter
Both options provide care within a 28-day Care Chapter™. The main difference is the amount of access, tracking, planning, and support included.
What Is a TTW Care Chapter™?
A Care Chapter™ is a 28-day period of care coverage.
Each Care Chapter™ includes the services, medication planning, provider oversight, and support listed under your chosen plan.
Your Care Chapter™ is not based on medication alone. It reflects the full level of care provided during that 28-day period.
The goal is simple: give each client the right amount of support for their current stage of treatment.
TTW FlexCare™ Care Chapter
High-Access Concierge GLP-1 Care
FlexCare™ is the higher-access, concierge care option.
It is designed for clients who want or need more hands-on support while beginning or changing a personalized GLP-1 regimen.
FlexCare™ may be a good fit when you are:
Starting a new medication
Slowly increasing your dose
Managing side effects
Changing your injection schedule
Switching medications
Restarting after a treatment break
Working toward a stable maintenance dose
Seeking more support and accountability

Your FlexCare™ Care Chapter may include:
Regular check-ins

Medication and refill planning
Follow-up care

FlexCare™ allows your treatment plan to stay flexible.
Your dose may increase, stay the same, or decrease based on how your body responds. Your provider remains more involved throughout the process.

Frequent support
Ongoing accountability
Closer medication tracking
More flexible dose changes
Easier access to their provider
A more guided treatment experience
It may also be required when closer monitoring is needed for safety.
TTW SteadyCare™ Care Chapter
Streamlined Care for a Stable Regimen
SteadyCare™ is designed for established clients who are doing well on a stable dose or approved dose range.
This plan still includes provider oversight, but it does not include the same level of routine contact or active tracking as FlexCare™.
SteadyCare™ may be a good fit when you:
Are comfortable with your injections
Have a stable medication routine
Rarely need dose changes
Can track your own medication supply
Do not need weekly check-ins
Prefer fewer routine messages
Are comfortable scheduling extra care when needed
What SteadyCare™ May Include
Your SteadyCare™ Care Chapter may include:
Medication for your approved regimen
Limited medication planning
Continued provider oversight
Routine communication by email
Email replies generally within two to three business days
A required follow-up about every three months
Virtual or in-clinic follow-up when appropriate
Basic treatment and refill review
What Is Not Included?
SteadyCare™ does not include:
Routine weekly check-ins
Regular text-message support
Same-day routine replies
Frequent dose or schedule changes
Ongoing proactive tracking
High-access concierge care
Unlimited clinical guidance through email
Questions about new symptoms, side effects, medication changes, or dose changes may require a separate follow-up visit.
Clients may schedule and pay for added follow-ups or services when needed.
How Is SteadyCare™ Priced?
SteadyCare™ costs less because it includes a lower level of routine provider access, tracking, and care coordination.
The medication quality does not change.

Can You Move Between Care Options?
Yes.
Your level of care may change as your needs change.
A client may begin with FlexCare™ while starting or increasing medication. Once the regimen becomes stable, SteadyCare™ may become a better fit.
A SteadyCare™ client may also return to FlexCare™ when closer support is needed.
This may happen when:
A dose needs to change often
Side effects develop
A new medication is started
Treatment restarts after a break
Health needs change
Medication tracking becomes difficult
More provider support is needed
Plan changes must be reviewed and approved by TTW. Your current plan remains active until a new option is confirmed.
What About Medication Supply and Refills?
Medication is planned based on your approved regimen, expected use, current supply, and pharmacy options.
SteadyCare™ clients have more responsibility for:
Tracking the amount of medication remaining
Completing required follow-ups
Sharing dose or schedule changes
Requesting medication early enough
Picking up or receiving medication on time
Medication orders take time to review, prepare, process, and deliver.
TTW cannot promise uninterrupted medication access when a request is made late or when required appointments, information, or payments are incomplete.
The pharmacy’s use date does not begin on the day you pick up the medication. Delaying pickup may reduce the amount of time left to use the vial.
Medication should not be used after the date listed by the dispensing pharmacy.
